How our elder’s used to make pure Ghee from Desi cow’s milk?
- Boil the raw milk and keep it aside for one hour.
- Then they make curd(Dahi) out of Milk
- Next day they churn the curd till they get makken (white butter)
- Then they hot a KADAI (POT) and put this white butter in that and shimmer till get brown soild in bottom and golden liquid on above that.
- Then they separate this golden liquid in a container.
Looks very simple to make but it requires lot of passions but at the end you get pure desi ghee.
Ideally Ghee can be prepared by using any milk: Cow, Buffalo, Goat or Sheep.
But Pure Desi Ghee can be prepared only by using Desi Cow A2 milk.
To get better quality use wooden churned and heat with cow dung.
